CANCELLATION POLICY

A text and email will be sent 72hr prior to confirm your appointment. You must confirm your appointment and fallow the instructions requested of you. PRICING Prices on the service menu are based prices. They may increase due to time, use of extra product, and desired end result. Base price does not include Tax and CC Fee. CANCELLATIONS Your appointment is very important to me, it is reserved especially for you. I understand schedule adjustments are necessary: therefore I respectfully require a 72hr notice for your cancellation. Appointments and cancellations with the 72hr window will automatically be charged 50% of the service that is scheduled. Same day cancellations and NO CALL NO SHOWS will automatically be charged 100% of the service scheduled. Cancellation fee must be paid in full to book future appointments. IF you are more than 15 min late past your appointment with zero communication this falls under no call no show and you will be automatically charged 100% of the cancellation fee. ADDITIONAL GUEST/KIDS To ensure the safety and sanitation of myself and other guests. Wanderlust Hair Design does not allow children or additional guest that do not have an appointment in the salon. RESPONDING Reminder, when I’m with a guest, I will be giving them my full attention. So please be patient with me when it comes to responding to texts and phone calls. NO REFUNDS I do not offer refunds of any kind. If you have any issues after leaving the salon, you have 5 days to contact me to discuss your needs going forward. If passed the time period or the changes requested vary greatly upon what was agreed during the original consultation, this will be treated as a new appointment and will be charged accordingly. Please note I can not ensure colors if your at home products are purchased from ulta, Sally’s, and local drug stores. ** IT IS MY PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUG MY SALON. HOWEVER IT IS EACHS CLIENTS PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY, PRODUCTS AND ANY DAMAGED CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DUIRNG THE CONSULTATION, IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST OR WANDERLUST HAIR DESIGN.
